Diese Technologie stellt momentan die Spitze der technischen M\u00f6glichkeiten dar.<\/p>\n<p>Die im Bild gezeigte Leiterplatte mit einem Stecker im Raster von 110\u00b5m ist ein 6-Lagen-Multilayer, 0.7mm Dicke, Bahnbreiten von 70\u00b5m und Abst\u00e4nden von jeweils 40\u00b5m. Dieses Verfahren wird h\u00e4ufig bei der Herstellung von Fl\u00fcssigkristalldisplays (LCD) eingesetzt und ist ein bleifreies Klebeverbundsystem, welches eine starke und zuverl\u00e4ssige mechanische Verbindung gew\u00e4hrleistet.
