Direct Imaging Alba

At our Mogliano Veneto plant, we have established a second Class 10,000 cleanroom, a constantly decontaminated environment designed to house the most advanced direct imaging technology for printed circuit boards.

The LDI Ledia system from the Japanese company Screen Research, which we have recently installed, represents one of today’s most advanced benchmarks for the Direct Imaging of photoresist and soldermask. Its multi-wavelength UV-LED technology ensures maximum exposure precision, setting itself apart from traditional laser systems through its energy efficiency and reduced heat generation.

Ledia enables the fast and accurate printing of both the internal and external layers of the PCB, as well as the soldermask, delivering results of absolute excellence:
• Resolution of 10,160 DPI (2.5 µm);
• Perfect adhesion to the contour and shape of the substrate.

This further investment confirms our commitment to maintaining our Italian production facility at the highest technological standards.
