Information provided pursuant to Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June, 2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data) and subsequent amendments made by Articles 13-14 of the European Regulation 2016/679.
The undersigned, Alba Elettronica Srl, as Data Controller, informs the interested party that Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data) as well as the European Regulation No. 679/2016 are aimed at the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. In compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned Code and the European legislation in force on the subject, the processing of your personal information will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency to protect your privacy and your rights.
How we process your personal data
Within the site, some personal data may be requested to subscribe to newsletters and/or fill out forms such as the name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, company and business role. We need this information to provide you with a personalised experience of our services.

Therefore, pursuant to Art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments made by EU Regulation 2016/679 to Articles 13 and 14, we inform you of the following:
1) Purposes of the data processing
The data you provide will be used for purposes that meet the contractual requirements and the consequent obligations deriving from them, as well as for an effective management of relationships. In particular:
a) The legal obligations connected to civil, tax and accounting rules
b) Administrative management of the relationship
c) Compliance with contractual obligations
d) Commercial communications and promotions, statistical processing, market analysis
2) Processing methods
The processing of data supplied by you will be carried out with the aid of computerised means and/or paper support with methods suitable for guaranteeing integrity, security and confidentiality as provided for by the Arts. 31-36 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, in compliance with Article 11 of the same Code.
3) Provision of data
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 1) is optional. Users are free to refuse to give their consent in whole or in part (if granted) to the submission and/or processing of their personal data, while also turning down the possibility of using the services provided by the site for which personal data is requested. Consent is therefore mandatory for the services offered and for which it is requested.
4) Disclosure and dissemination
Without prejudice to disclosures made while complying with legal obligations, data provided may be disclosed to third parties that carry out specific tasks on behalf of the undersigned.

6) Storage times
The data you provide will be stored and processed for the duration of established relationships and also subsequently to comply with legal obligations.
7) Rights of data subjects
Data subjects may always contact the Data Controller (Alba Elettronica S.r.l. the undersigned) to assert their rights as listed in the European Regulation No. 679/2016 as follows:
Article 13 paragraph 1). Data subjects have the right to be informed on the existence or not of personal data relating to them, even if they have yet to sign up, and of any disclosure thereof, in intelligible form.
2. Data subjects have the right to receive the following information:
a) The source of the personal data;
b) The processing methods and purposes;
c) The logic applied in any processing with electronic means;
d) The names of the data controller, the data processors and the designated representative pursuant to art. 5, section 2;
e) The figures or types of figures who may be provided with the personal data or become aware of them in their roles as data processors, persons in charge of processing or designated representatives in the State’s territory.
3. Data subjects have the right to demand the following:
a) Updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) Erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
c) Certification that the entities to which the data have been communicated or disseminated have been notified of the operations described in sections a) and b) and their content, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4) Data subjects are entitled to oppose, totally or partially:
a) On legitimate grounds, the processing of personal data concerning them, even if they are relevant to the purposes of the collection;
b) To the processing of personal data concerning them for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct sales or to carry out market research or send commercial communications.
Pursuant to Art.13 par. 2 of EU Regulation 2016/679, data subjects also have the right to:
a) Ask the Data Controller to provide access to personal data pursuant to Art.15 Reg. EU 2016/679.
b) The portability of the above data pursuant to Art. 20 Reg. EU 2016/679. Therefore, data subjects have the right to request the transfer of the data provided to another data controller (to another service operator) without hindrance from the current data controller (the undersigned).
c) Correct data pursuant to Art. 19 of the same EU Reg., in compliance with the data subject’s right of self-determination.
d) Delete personal data provided honouring the provisions regarding the right to be forgotten (Art. 17 Reg EU 2016/679.
e) Limit processing of personal data that concerns them or oppose to the processing thereof; (Art. 21 Reg. 2016/679) for legitimate reasons or unconditionally if carried out for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research.
f) submit a complaint to a supervisory authority.
8) Consent to processing
You are entitled to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data supplied by you by sending a registered letter with return receipt to the following address: Via L. Da Vinci n. 3 Mogliano Veneto and/or to the following email address:privacy-alba@alba-pcb.com together with a photocopy of your identity document, with the following text: “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of all my personal data”. At the end of this operation your personal data will be removed from the archives as soon as possible.
